Life is a wonderful thing. Some people are born with talents and abilities that pave the way for a brighter future at a young age but with some problems in life they are not able to go along with the beautiful path they saw at first. Maybe those problems come from within their own family. So people try to find answers to their questions one by one. Some even get addicted to things like drugs.

Jack Cunningham is a man who inherited a bright future from basketball. But due to family issues he stops at the liquor bottle. Angela changes him. She takes him in the right direction. When the two are happy to be married, they have their son. That's Michael. Somehow, this family, which has been happy for years, is having problems again when Michael gets cancer.

When Jack, who is separated from his family after the death of his son, tries to get rid of his grief with alcohol again, even Angela leaves Jack and starts living separately. Jack, who works at a construction company during the day and comes home very drunk every night, one day receives a message from his high school principal.
